From now on, you will get a new mixtape every Tuesday, and for this first edition of the MixTape Tuesdays I present a mix by the buffet libre djs and friends. This will be a quick post so I’m just gonna copy paste the email I got (I don’t want credit for the good writing that follows).
After the recent success of their first 3 sessions (Verbena 1, 2 and 3), with more than 10,000 downloads in just 3 months, and after gigs in Razzmatazz, Low Club and Dogstar London among others, Buffetlibre DJ’s are back to work with their new session “Verbena Selected”.
Buffetlibre DJ’s & Friends “Verbena Selected” is more than just a new session; it’s a unique initiative. Artists such as Simian Mobile Disco, Just Jack, Dragonette, Midnight Juggernauts, Shitdisco, Yelle, Alex Gopher, D.I.M. and Loose Cannons to name but a few have worked together with Buffetlibre DJ’s in selecting tracks for this new set. Each artist has freely chosen a song by another artist to form part of the session.
